"Don't touch me!" "You're a hack!" Candidates in a contentious Orange County Congressional race and their aides went at it even before an in-studio debate began. The encounter was triggered by complaints from the camp of Democratic challenger Harley Rouda that Republican incumbent Dana Rohrabacher was bringing notes with him onto the set of public affairs show "Inside OC." At one point a Rouda staffer warns a Rohrabacher staffer to keep hands off. The coastal California race is one of the most expensive and closely followed "toss-up" contests that could decide control of Congress and the fate of the Trump presidency.
