How to merge donor profile in Salesforce and Conga Composer
Do your fundraisers need donor dociers to prepare for important meetings? Mine do! Despite the ease of use of the Salesforce mobile app, sometimes there is just no substitute for paper. If you're working with Salesforce NPSP and Conga Composer, follow this simple video to create a Donor Profile that will make your donors AND fundraisers smile! You can easily modify this solution to best meet your needs and data model.
Follow the simple steps in my video to create a Donor Profile merge button that downloads a beautifully organized 1-2 page overview of recent history with a donor household.
Conga Composer is a paid add-on to Salesforce for sophisticated mail merge operations. Even though the technology is complex, setting it up doesn't have to be!
