Ingredient of Gujarati Kathiyawadi Kadhi Recipe:
Buttermilk - 3 cup
Gram flour (besan) - 2 tbsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Green chilli & Ginger paste - 1 tbsp
Curry leaves (kadi patta) - 10 no
Water - 1 cup
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Dried red chilli - 2 no
Asafoetida (hing) - pinch
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Methi - half tsp
Cumin (jeera) - half tsp
Cinnamon - 1 inch
Cloves - 3 no
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Green coriander (chopped) - 2 tbsp
Ingredient of Lasaniya Bataka Recipe:
Tomato (chopped) - 3 no
Ginger - 4 small piece
Garlic - 20 no
Salt - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Kashamiri red chilli powder - 3 tbsp
Coriander powder - 2 tbsp
Baby potatoes boiled - 500 gm
Chat masala - 1 tbsp
Garam masala - 2 tbsp
Bay leaf - 2 no
Onions (chopped) - 2 (medium size)
Warm water - 1 cup
Sugar - 1 tbsp

Ingredient of Stuffed Chilli Recipe:
Gram flour (besan) - 3 tbsp
Roasted peanuts - 50 gm
Sesame seeds - 2 tbsp

Lemon juice - 3 tbsp
Oil - 4 tbsp
Bhavnagri chillies (mirchi) - 250 gms
Coriander powder - 2 tbsp
Water - 4 tbsp

Ingredient of Atte ka Halwa Recipe:
Wheat flour - 1 cup
Milk Warm - 1 cup
Sugar - 1 cup
Ghee - 1 cup
Cardamom powder - 1 tbsp
Sooji (Rava) - 2 tbsp
Dry fruits - 2 tbsp
Ingredient of Mix Vegetable Khichdi Recipe:
Rice (any type) -1 cup
Yellow moong dal - ½ cup
Tuvar (Arhar) dal - ½ cup
Masoor dal - ½ cup
