Loading the top layer of my bisque fire
I almost always tumblestack the top layer of my bisque fire, and I always stack my plates vertically and lean them up against the kiln walls. This is stoneware clay (cone 6) and I do the bisque fire (this fire) to cone 08. No warping, no moving at all at this low temperature.
