Back to Phase 2 Heightened Alert from 22 July 2021
Due to the growing number of community cases, Singapore will move back to Phase 2 (Heightened Alert) from 22 July to 18 August. Group sizes for social gatherings will reduce to 2 persons and higher-risk mask-off activities, such as dining-in and high intensity exercises classes, will also be suspended.
Co-chair of the Multi-Ministry Taskforce Gan Kim Yong announced this at a press conference on 20 July 2021.
