Eye Manipulation Part 1 Transparency Format PNG
Open “Eye1.2.3.jpg”
Select Eye3.jpg
Add Alpha Channel
Fuzzy select tool (set the Threshold to 56)
Select Tab – select none
Zoom tool (set to 400)
Remove white pixels (set Erase Brush to minimal size) hardness 025
Roving only outside line
Resize (zoom to 100)
Layers (create new layer (set to transparency) layer
Activate new transparent layer
Select the (Ellipse tool)
Draw ellipse around the edge of the”Eye3.jpg”
Select Tab (select shrink option (set to 5)
Open Foreground & Background colour tool
RGB settings - R 17, G73, B145) or use the eye dropper tool
Using the arrow keys
Select Tab (none) this removes the marching ants
Select the Crop toll) crop image to a suitable size
File Tab (select export as)
Save as Eyse3.png
