Using the 230 grind settings, you can grind for espresso, your v60, or a French Press for everyone, by simply dialing your grind and pressing the start button. The Vario-W’s 54mm professional flat, ceramic burrs provide excellent grind uniformity for espresso and brewed coffee alike and are longer lasting than steel burrs.
