North Korean Human Rights and Responsibility to Protect (R2P) - Day 2 (Nov. 26)
The 2025 International Conference on the 20th Anniversary of the Responsibility to Protect (R2P) and North Korean Human Rights was held in Seoul, Republic of Korea, on November 25th–26th, 2025. This event marked two decades since the global adoption of R2P. It provided a timely opportunity to assess its relevance and application, particularly in relation to the human rights situation in the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK).
