I am a big fan of the SureFire X-Series of lights for use on pistols. In particular, the X-300 I use on my Glock 17. So, naturally, the SureFire DG Switch is a great upgrade. It allows me to use the light with only my firing hand.
A problem I have found though, is most holsters aren't made in a way to accommodate the switch. A simple fix is to file and sand the inside edge of the holster, but still you don't want your $100 switch getting destroyed on a sharp kydex edge. This will show you how to beef up the switch and save it from being destroyed...
