Recently my boys and I participated in a 24 hour Rowathon with Crossfit Coeur d'Alene in support of Village of Hope...
It was a ton of work all in all. But it was definitely a good time and an opportunity to test myself and just share the experience with my boys. Not to mention it was for a good cause. Village of Hope is a local non profit that works in support of foster kids. A pretty cool group doing some good work.
