I love "Ghostwire Tokyo"! It's one of my favourite games this gen so far!
The game got a pretty big update recently, where they introduced new moves, new locations, new enemies, new side missions and a brand new mode called "Spider's Thread". It's a rogue like mode where you have to go through 30 randomised floors, completing different objectives, while upgrading yourself as efficient as you can (you start extremely weak). It's designed for you to die and come back again with permanent unlocks, so every next run is a tiny bit easier.
Of course, with games I love, I try to challenge myself as much as possible, so I decided to complete the whole thing from scratch, meaning fresh new game with absolutly nothing inherited. As I said, you start with absolutely nothing and you are very weak, talking two hits away from death. That's why, it's very important to upgrade yourself as fast and as efficient as possible. By completing side objectives you are rewarded with money at the end of every third floor, which then you use to buy skills from the skill tree. After the 30th floor the mode is technically completed, but the game allows you to go infinitely, floor by floor, while technically it goes progressively harder. However, once you unlock some upgrades and moves, you are almost unstopable, and you can really go almost as long as you want. The real actual challenge is the first 30 floors, while you still don't have anything.
