Aspen Overdrive (Case Study Effects) - Pedal Demo
This is the Aspen Overdrive. It is a close relative to the JHS Kilt and Exapndora. Case Study was kind to send one of his units and I wanted the first time I heard it to be while the camera was rolling and it was a blast. This thing not only scratches the itch for having a Kilt or Expandora but it expounds upon it with much needed features such as more volume on tap, a bass control knob, and more treble on tap.
I was blown away at the complete flexibility of this pedal to completely clean up and basically mimic my clean tone all while giving me that classic Kilt/Expandora edge.
