Microsoft Teams - How to enable Guest Access
Enable Guest access in Microsoft Teams in the admin centre and add guests to Microsoft Teams. Some reasons why you may want to add guests include:
Sub-contracting to someone to assist you with completing a project (ie temporary access to all Microsoft Teams chat, files and other tabs).
Auditing purposes such as allowing your clients to view all conversations, files and other project-related tabs.
