This tool is very powerful, yet almost never used. Most artists do their sound designing in other software like Davinci Resolve or Premiere Pro, after creating the animation in Blender and that does have its own pros, however, using the speaker within blender is actually a super simple and fast way to create accurate 3D sounds within your scene without any hassle.
It has genuinely been a game changer and I hope it will do the same for you :)
