How to take a JEBack Up
A Jacques system controller can be backed up using the JEBackup utility. In the event of a system controller failure or misconfiguration the system can be quickly restored using this off-site copy of your backup file. A JEBackup should be performed as part of regular maintenance as well as prior to, and after any configuration changes are made to your Jacques system. If you’re running a Jacques system at your site please take backups regularly and send them to [email protected] for our archives. This way our support team can get your site back up and running as soon as possible.
