Protecting against loitering munitions and a range of aerial threats, the Top Attack kits use the aCHR, a cutting-edge, multi-mission radar for Hemispheric Surveillance operational missions. The Force Protection Module is a semi-autonomous threat detection system that can be fitted to a variety of armed and unarmed vehicles. Designed with a compact SWaP profile to increase the versatility and minimize the complexity of integration. The internal processing capabilities handles majority of the threat classification, minimizing the workload for the operator. With a built-in capability of advanced target and threat classification using Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML), immediate threats to the vehicle can filtered and reported to the operator as needed.
Countermeasures and sensors can cue from the classified track to prioritize and streamline the countermeasure process.
The radar can be configured to meet a variety of mission profiles including Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS) and Vehicle Protection (VPS), or a combination of both. The accuracy and resolution of the radar system provides the Force Protection Module with the ability to cue other sensors, optics, and countermeasures with high accuracy.
