PICA Fest which stands for Paradise Island Clothing Association Festival, is one of the island's big annual music festivals which nicely combines the two major elements of the indie culture scene in Bali. As a result, they created a festival concept which highlights the island's excellent clothing brands as well as the superb bands from island and beyond.
After reaching its success in 2015 which was partly marked by the festival statistics of reaching a total of 35.000 visitors attending throughout the three-day festival, PICA Fest 2016 was back and managed to break their record of the previous years!
The festival was indeed held bigger this year, taking place at GOR Ngurah Rai in North Denpasar, on April 1-3, 2016!
This year's edition of PICA Fest once again featured big names that represent the indie subculture, including big names from other big cities across Indonesia such as Enda and Resha (Jakarta), Killing Me Inside (Jakarta), Rocket Rockers (Bandung), Hellcrust (Jakarta) to name a few.
Of course Bali's very own well-respected artists are part of this line up as well, presenting Joni Agung, Devildice, Painful by Kisses, Rajawali Ingkar Janji, Parau and many more exciting names!
This video was taken on the second day of the festival and features a number of bands along with some amazing footage of the crowd, booths, cool items, incredible NGOs and communities and so much more!
Enjoy the video, share it to your friends that you spot, and see you at the PICA Fest 2017, which most probably would be even more massive than this one!
