Using the CircuitWorks Add-in in SOLIDWORKS
The CircuitWorks add-on allows you to view and generate assemblies from IDF, PADS ASCII, and ProStep EDMD PCB files. Depending on the file format used, component locations, vias, and semiconductors are displayed on the PCB. The add-on allows you to load a starter component library via the CircutWorks Setup Wizard or add your own 3D part models.
