I did a little modification to Dolphin emulator to get "fake" full speed in Crash Bandicoot. Since the game can't make up it's mind with frame rate, it's possible to run it at 15fps and still maintain full speed. It's much less demanding on the CPU, which is why I made this build. So slower computers will be able to play this game. I tested this on a A6 laptop and it works better than I expected.
This build probably won't run other games correctly, unless they behave just as Crash Bandicoot, and they must be NTSC.
