20Khz Welding Digital Generator for Different Ultrasonic Machines
Ultrasonic welding is a process in which an intelligent CNC ultrasonic generator rectifies and filters input AC power with a wide voltage range to convert it into approximately 310V DC power. The signal is amplified by a high-frequency transformer to several thousand volts of high voltage AC signal, which drives the transducer to generate resonance at its own resonant point. The control module can cut off the ultrasonic output in the event of a malfunction in ultrasonic welding work, providing extremely high safety protection for the ultrasonic generator and the entire welding equipment.
