Ultraman Taro - Kotaro transforms for the first time
Kotaro places the Ultra Badge in the left sleeve of the ZAT's clothing. When need transforms, Ultra Badge glows for a moment and prompts the transformation into Kotaro when the timing of transformation visits, Kotaro takes the Ultra Badge from his shoulder and holds it up above his body before shouting "Taro!" signaling Taro to appear (but in many first episodes, Kotaro didn't shout "Taro")

Kotaro Higashi is portrayed by Saburo Shinoda, he is also the one voiced for Ultraman Taro in this series.
