Martin Ryan:
Martin Ryan is an Assistant Chief Fire Officer with Cork County Council and has 20 years' experience in Building Control. He has long experience in the inspection of many building types and the assessment of Disability Access Certificate applications. He places particular attention on compliance with Part B (fire), Part M (access) and Part L (energy) of the Building Regulations and strongly believes that granted FSC and DAC should be used by Building Control Officers as a tool to aid inspections.
