NAB 2013 Coverage: Mark Richer interview
The Advanced Television Systems Committee is working on new standards (2.0 and 3.0) for the delivering of digital signals to multiple outlets. The group's eventual goal is a worldwide standard that would make the sharing and distribution of (HD, 3D and UltraHD) content across continents easier and more efficient. We'll also discuss the Mobile DTV (A/153) standard and how it needs to evolve in order to meet real-world requirements.
