A few things to note:
-Onward is a Virtual Reality game for the HTC Vive. The engine only allows users to record what the left eye sees. Therefore, when I aim down sights with my right eye, you won't see picture that both my eyes are seeing in the headset. Most of this is CQC anyways, so it doesn't really matter.
-The game is played 4v4 Search & Destroy styled with random spawns. Each player has one life.
-When a player is shot, he often drops to a relivable "downed" state, so double tapping is necessary.
-"Your hands match your team's color since there is no hud. That's how he knows who to shoot at"

-This is all taking place in a cramped college dorm, so I don't really have the freedom to do anything super wild, and must virtually move my player very close when going in for knife kills, in a large room, you can actually move around the entire room anduse the entire space.
-If an enemy only catches one bullet, he may go into a revivable "downed" state, hence the profuse double-tapping.
-Once a player dies, he is sent back to the lobby and can no longer speak to his team mates
