Hellfire Engines: devil constructs that rampage through the Blood War! (D&D Compendium of Monsters)
Hellfire Engines are used by devils in Avernus to fight in the Blood War. Hellfire Engines have astonishing destructive capabilities and can spray caustic acid, shock foes with lightning or a thunder cannon, or simply run them over and crush their bodies.
I suppose my only question is: what happens when they run out of fuel? Soul coins, maybe?
