Date: late 2005?
A multiple vehicle accident a little after Exit 147 on the northbound side of Interstate-5. No specific details beyond that.
Observation: looks like a maximum of six cars were involved. One person was in handcuffs (very hard to see on video), so it is likely that someone committed a crime. Probably no injuries since there were no paramedics or ambulances and no people had obvious signs of pain. Two Washington State Patrol troopers and two fire trucks responded.
My idea: maybe that red car and blackish car were racing. Got any other ideas?
Note: sorry about the shaking at the beginning. I tried to reduce it with my editing program (Magix Edit Pro 10) but it really didn't do much. There's no sound because people in the car I was in were having personal conversations not meant for the worldwideweb.
