The Caudabe Sheath for the iPhone 12 Pro Max comes in 5 color ways: Black, Gray, Navy, Electric Blue, Sea Green. Today we are looking at all of the colors except Navy.

You can pick up one of these cases at Caudabe.com. I noticed they are offering a 20% holiday discount if you head over to their website the day this video drops. The Sheath is listed at $29.

The Sheath is known for two things: Impact resistance in a very thin package. Manufactured from ShockLite, a proprietary, shock-absorbing polymer, the Sheath is .9mm thin at its thinest point.

It’s been drop tested to 2 M or 6.6 FT, and I can attest to the Sheath protecting your phone from a drop as I have dropped my phones in this case multiple times and they made it out fine. Although, keep in mind, your mileage may vary as there are so many different factors that can attribute to a bad drop, whether your phone lands on rocks, a flat surface, or skates across the ground, you still need to be careful.

I definitely recommend for everyone to use a screen protector. I am using the Spigen EZ Fit screen protector here and it fits just fine with the Sheath. If you want to pick up a Spigen screen protector, you can order one on Amazon here: https://amzn.to/3mQJ8Ld

The Sheath has a nice raised lip for screen protection. A micro-etched texture enhances grip and provides a beautifully subtle matte finish. A raised lip on the back protects the camera lenses from being scratched.

The Sheath supports wireless charging and Caudabe says it is compatible with Apple’s Magsafe charger. I have not received my Magsafe charger yet to test this myself, but I can definitely confirm wireless charging works just fine.

All of this is why the Sheath is my number one recommended phone case for your iPhone. I have used the Sheath now since iPhone 10 and continue to go back to it because it gives me the right level of thinness and protection for my phone.
