What is a Delusion?
Why is it called a Delusion? Is there a reason for something that gives power to ba also the name of a neurological symptom?
Delusions cause humans to make fabricated realities in their heads and as a psychotic disorder delusions come with all sorts of hallucinations. I believe delusions in genshin has a connection to this psychotic disorder.
