TELESTO IS BROKEN!
Telesto changed firing modes from yesterday today it has a lot of range and has a scatter grenade effect. I believe that this is part of the community event theorized about in destiny 2. It can also fire randomly into the air, and sparks come off of the weapon as well, until you "correct" it by hitting it like the Cerberus +1 catalyst.
