Alexander Dorogov and Yan Katelevsky are charged under several articles of the Criminal Code for their investigations into crimes in the funeral business, including Articles 167, 213, 319, and the main one being Article 163, Part 3, Paragraph 6 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation – extortion of 1.5 million rubles from honest traffic cop Gorokhov, the subject of numerous YouTube videos.
