Summary: "This is goodbye brother".
The way Loki was raised and treated made him the villain. He becomes a lot more crazy and ruthless than before, possibly as a defense mechanism. But the only person who lowers his confidence is Thor, the only person who really knew Loki, and truly loved him. Loki's uncomfortable with the thought that his plans might not work out because of his brother, because he doesn't hate him as much as he thought he did. There is so much hate and hurt in his heart but also love which is fundamental to their relationship.
