Rallapad Reservoir
The Rallapadu reservoir is one of the major projects in the district. It was constructed at Kandukur constituency, at the Linguara Mandalam, Rallapadu. With an area of 2202 sq km, 31.30 million cubic meters of storage capacity is under construction and 16,500 acres are officially and eight thousand acres unofficially. The length of 20km is 14500 acres long and 3km long lengths to 1500 acres. The new spillway has been built with 5 gates in the 12.19 × 7.62m evolution with 12 gates in the evolution of 12.19 × 4.57 m.
