F.3.A.R. 3 begins nine months after F.E.A.R. 2: Project Origin, Alma Wade is close to giving birth. Resurrected Paxton Fettel rescues his brother, Point Man, from an Armacham prison in Brazil. Distrustful, they return to Fairport, where Point Man aims to find the missing Jin Sun-Kwon and stop Alma's delivery, while Fettel has his own motives. Meanwhile, a new threat arises that even frightens Alma.
