Who are "The Touched"?
The Touched are gifted people. Citizens of London who seem to have gained abilities after a mysterious vessel flew over London in the late 1890s.
People found they had powers, and the people without these gifts hate those with. They see them as freaks and monsters.
The tower team was set up by Clarence Price to help look after some of these gifted people
The Team try to find Ida and Mia who have been kidnapped by Fisher. Will the team get there in time or will Ida and Mia fall under Fisher persuasion as well?
