HEY ITS RAYA OBVS and this was requested from my new video 'hangover'. it has the sparkle that I made in it (sparkle color flash) please credit if you use :P Last time i gave sparkles no one credited! I had to beg them tooooo...sooo please credit or imma stop sharing them with you.

NOTE ON THE COLORING FOR DARKER PICS KEEP THE SOFT CONTRAST FOR LIGHTER PICS LOWER THE CONTRAST. I HAD TO LOWER IT FOR THIS ONE. (since the pictures were light) and the TV simulator is optional, you can remove it if you do not want the scan effect. ;)
