Circuit Bent Schylling Electric Keyboard
These Schylling Electric Keyboard toys have a variety of nice instrument sounds and some standard songs that bend into an wonderful de-fragmented stutter. I circuit bent this one with a voltage starve control and 1/4" output. The default full power control setting is with the control knob turned hard LEFT. As you turn the control clockwise the toy will begin to fail because of a lack of power which can produce some unpredictable sounds and functionality. Massive pitch melt, choppy phrasing and pulsing rhythmic figures. Turned fully clockwise the device has no power. No speaker, use the 1/4" output to hook it up to an amplifier, mixer or daw. Operates on two "AAA" batteries.
