Dark Souls BEST MELEE CLASS ARMOR AND SHIELD!
this will show you imo the 3 best armors for melee class that do not require upgrades!
1: Smoughs Armor (sold by depths merchant if you beat smough last)
2: Golem Armor (sold by depths merchant after he moves to firelink shrine)
3: Havel the Rock's Armor (defeat Havel at bottom of watchtower in undead burg and then use the fire place hidden passage in anor londo to retrieve his gear)
1: crystal shield (sold by depths merchant)
2: Havel the Rock's shield (same place as armor)
havel the rocks shield has better stats then any other shield in the game. great shield of artorias has better poise which spends less stamina when you get hit. both are good shields. hitting L2 while holding havel's shield fortifies your armor NOT golem armor and it was my mistake in the video commentary. commentary has been disabled in this video because of all the cry babies and whining and complaining and not reading of the comments. i dont need to hear the same comment from 500 people who dont know how to read the comments and see that somebody else said it first.
