RDJ v2: Build 2second wait and add to playlist
This manual event and single-item playlist makes up part of a larger event for playing the top-of-the-hour news on radiokps.nz
The pause is required to ensure the variable-length voice tracks are not cut off just before the end.
The TOH event basically loads the following
1. Auto DJ disable
2. Clear playlist
3.News intro sting
4.News (variable length file updated each hour)
5.two second wait playlist (containing the manual 2 second wait event)
6.Sport News (variable length file updated each hour)
7.two second wait playlist (containing the manual 2 second wait event)
8.News outro bed
9.Station Promo
10.Commercials x3 (if any)
11.Station ID
12.Auto DJ enable
13.Play
