Disco Peanut Ingredients:
500 grams peanuts
2 egg whites
10 tablespoons granulated sugar
10 tablespoons wheat flour (slightly thickened)
2 tablespoons tapioca flour/starch
1/4 tablespoon baking powder
1 tablespoon chicken stock powder (I use Masako)
Cooking oil
