Ingredients:
Noodles (boiled) - 100 grams
Green Chilli - 2
Cabbage (chopped) - 1/4 cup
Carrot (chopped) - 1/2
Onion (chopped) - 1 medium
Garlic (chopped) - 4-6 cubes
Capsicum - 1/2 red and 1/2 yellow ( you may use 1 green capsicum instead)
Spring onion - 1/2 cup
Salt to tase
White Vinegar - 1 tbsp
Green Chilli sauce - 1 tsp
Soy Sauce - 2 tbsp
Red Chilli Sauce - 1 tbsp
Tomato Ketchup - 1 tsbp
Cooking Oil - 4 tbsp

Optional Ingredients:

Baby corn (chopped) - 2 optional
Mushroom (chopped) - 2 optional
