Method:
Poha uttapam-
Poha - 1 cup
Sooji /rava - 1 cup
Grind it
Curd -1/2 cup
Water -1.5 cups
Rest it for 15 minutes
Add water to make semi thick batter
Add salt to taste
Add 1 packet of Eno
Mix it well
Grease the pan with oil
Pour the batter, spread it
Cover and cook it
You may serve it like this

Add chilli flakes and oregano
Cover and cook
Flip it and cook it
Chutney
Heat 1 tbsp of oil
Add urad dal
Add chana dal
Add garlic cloves
Add dry red chilli
Add onions
Add tomato
Add salt
Cook it for 3 mins
Blend it
Ready to serve
