Blueprint Two Recap and Latest Update (10.08.24)
Before delving into the Blueprint Two updates, I've received numerous emails requesting a short video on Blueprint Two, its objectives, and so forth. Although there is an abundance of information available online, I considered compiling that information with a brief update on Blueprint Two.
BP2 Update
1. Two comprehensive workshops to formulate a unified, end-to-end plan for delivering phase one of the digital services.
2. Reassessing the customer testing framework.
3. CCT is anticipated to start in late Q4 2024 and carry on into Q1 2025.
4. Final workshop to complete the comprehensive re-plan for 14 August.
5. They aim to share the revised plan by the end of August
