Trying the @rarebeauty silky touch highlighter in the shade Exhilarate. Decided not to voice over so you get some ASMR action. I saw silent reviews trend on TikTok so thought maybe this vid didn’t need it. 🙃Clearly it’s a very pigmented and smooth highlighter. Feels like a cream but is very much a powder. My reaction says it all. I love it! ❤️
