Ari is a customizable recruiting chatbot powered by TextRecruit and IBM Watson. Ari can be customized with your branding, tone and messaging to manage top-of-the-funnel conversations like sending job openings, collecting information and scheduling interviews.
Since Ari has been built inside of TextRecruit, you can track messaging activity, use reporting to optimize performance and stay compliant with candidate opt-outs. If Ari doesn’t know how to answer a question correctly, it passes conversations on to human recruiters for follow-up.
