On HoYoLAB you can search about its info, it used to be some $30 bundle, related to the concert, giving furniture, glider and other stuff. Since we got this later than actual anniv date, I don’t think it was planned. Corporates higher up decided that it’s best to appease the player base, by acting like anniv rewards were coming along, just a bit delayed.
