Summary below:
1) Yae Banner first, followed by Raiden+Kokomi banner (Guess: Yae will have Fischl, Diona, Thoma)
2) New 5* Weapons: Kagura's Verity (Crit Dmg Catalyst for Yae), most call it the 'Cupcake Stand'
3) Speculation: First weapon banner is Kagura's Verity and Jade Cutter, along with Rainslasher, Eye of Perception, Stringless, Sac Sword, Favonius Lance (4* Weapon guesses may be inaccurate, wait till 14-Feb to find out)
4) Speculation: 2nd weapon banner is Engulfing Lightning and Everlasting Moonglow (Kokomi's donut)
5) New weekly boss: Raiden Shogun with many arms lmao
6) No new 4* gacha weapons. New 4★ catalyst, Oathsworn Eye (ATK% mainstat with 24%~48% ER% proc effect), as free Event weapon. R5 it by levelling up the Bokuso box to level 4, 5, 9, 10, and 14, respectively.
7) New enemies: Shadowy Husks (look like Knights) who put up a shield or heal allies when they land a hit on your shields.
8) Rerun event: Hyakunin Ikki Labyrinth with trial characters Ayaka, Yoimiya, Kazuha, Itto, Xiangling and Razor
9) Rerun event: Talent book leyline overflow
10) New event Of Drink A-Dreaming: A bartending minigame, mixing drinks in Angel's Share like cooking mama. Special reward is an event-exclusive name card.
11) Major content: Three Realms Gateway Offering: Exploration event in a darkened Enkanomiya, which doesn't share the exploration progress (e.g. waypoints) you gained in patch 2.4.
The darkened Enkanomiya will have a corrosive effect (can be repelled by new gadget called the Bokuso box), new chests, new puzzles, and new mobs. Centers around the Bokuso box gadget that has an energy meter, refill energy at Nainichi Mikoshi statue.) This event gives you the Oathsworn Eye and its refinements as well as a crown.
12) New Event Divine Ingenuity: An event (similar to Super Mario Maker) where players can complete domains created by others. You need to complete your self-designed domain before you can publish it. You can add trampolines, traps, element-applying platforms, windfields, etc. No mobs, though.
13) Speculation: 2.6 will have Ayato, Kazuha, Yoimiya (Ayaka is a question mark)
14) Raiden Shogun (Imperatrix Umbrosa Chapter: Act II) and Yae Miko (Divina Vulpes Chapter: Act I) story quests which are "closely linked" to the Inazuma archon quest. Raiden's second story quest is a pre-requisite for Yae's.
15) The Chasm to come in 2.6. Surface and underground area; new mob called "ruin serpent".
