How To Upload Your Website To The Internet | HTML & CSS
This is how I publish a website using the Bluehost dashboard. I am aware that there are other ways to achieve this, but this method works for me.

Sign in to your Bluehost account.
Once you are logged in to Bluehost, navigate to the Advanced menu.
In the Advanced menu, select File Manager.
Double-click on public_html.
Click on the upload button at the top menu and upload all of your website files into the public_html folder.
Change the default index.php filename to something else (for example: index1.php).
Click the refresh button and your website should be live.
