Short Hair Blonde Tutorial
Products used:
First bleach with Clairol kaleidocolors violet bleach and Clairol 40 volume developer.
Then shampoo with Silk elements neutralizing shampoo or any neutralizing shampoo.
Next tone with Wella color charm. I used t18.
Mix with Clairol 20 volume developer.
Then shampoo and condition with shimmer lights.
Follow with a leave in conditioner. I used Mielle Organics.
Good and gather organic coconut oil was used.
