Job Description:
As an Engineer Trainee at Cognizant, you'll provide essential technical support to end-users, helping troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues. You’ll be working on the IT Service Desk, collaborating with other IT teams, and managing support tickets to ensure smooth functioning of client systems worldwide. You’ll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, working shifts and interacting with clients from diverse backgrounds.
