If you're looking for a way to list items on eBay without API access, we have options for you. Sku Grid is not connected to eBay via API. It will continue to track your supplier for changes and calculate what your selling price and stock should be. You can then use either eBay File Exchange or use our Chrome Extension to send File Exchange CSVs to eBay for you to update your items.
As far as listing, you can use Drop Ship Supplier Scraper and/or Sku Fetch to retrieve your product information from your supplier urls. You'll do your editing in Sku Fetch, which also is not connected to eBay via API. Once you're done, the Drop Ship Supplier Scraper chrome extension can send the listing information to your eBay Selling Manager.
